Welcome to Sparkle Minds. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our courses and workshops. By accessing this website or enrolling in a course, you accept these terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

Sparkle Minds (operated by Florescu IT Services, Zürich) provides coding, database and agile-methodology courses for students aged 10–18, as well as occasional workshops for adults. Specific course dates, class sizes, and pricing are set out on this website and confirmed at the time of enrollment.

2. Enrollment of Minors

Students under the age of 18 may only be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms on the student's behalf and remains the responsible party for enrollment, payment, and any communications regarding the student's participation. By enrolling a student, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so.

3. Attendance, Cancellations & Refunds

Course and workshop places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once enrollment is confirmed. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in Section "Pricing & Enrollment" on the homepage and reconfirmed at enrollment; please contact us directly for any changes to a booking.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Sparkle Minds and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, course content, and design on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions below.

You must not:

• Republish course materials or proprietary content from this website.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website or our courses.
• Reproduce or duplicate course materials for commercial purposes.

Projects, code, and other work created by a student during a course remain that student's own work; Sparkle Minds does not claim ownership over what students build in class.

5. Website Availability & Liability Limitations

While we aim to maintain continuous operational availability on our web infrastructure, access to our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and services beyond what is required by law. Sparkle Minds will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with our website or services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
